Natalie Daniels is a youth advocate who works with under-resourced adolescents and young adults to help them fulfill their life’s purpose. A native Baltimorean, Natalie believes every Girl should be given the tools to succeed regardless of her family’s socio-economic status.

Ms. Daniels has worked with vulnerable populations since 2002. It was while serving as a counselor in a group home for teen-aged Girls that she realized the positive impact that a consistent, encouraging, adult relationship could have on the life of a young woman.

ELLE seeks to provide these meaningful, ongoing relationships in the form of group and individual mentoring. Natalie believes that her purpose is to change the world one Girl at a time. Ms. Daniels is a certified Case Manager and Life Coach.
